Highlights:

Bug in borders > width of 1
bottom left corner doesn't match up with vertical bar
right-side looks chopped off
dont' think the bottom-right corner is right, but hard to tell.
if you do a flipy on this image, you'll then see the top left corner is jacked.

problems:

bgcolor extends slightly past right border
might be an illusion, but the right border looks correct at the top but 1 pixel to the left at the bottom. since i can't see where the pixel "jumps" to the left I assume it's an illusion. but stil it doesn't match the left side which is right up agains the yellow background.
not sure if there's anything we can do about the square inside corners when the borderwidth is as wide or wider than the radius of the corner. I think this is not a problem, you can just specifiy a larger radius
